Today i am going to teach you oil paint for Android Users

Note - Not very effective like Pc photoshop....

(Oil paint KAsye karty hain pic m woo bhi Mobile sy So please follow this step)


1-- Download Photoshop express

2- Add your gmail/fb account

3- Select photo

4- Go to third option ( sabse niche ka. 3 option ( == ) aisha icon hoga)

5- Select reduce noise

Note- aap 2-3 baar reduce noise kr ke save kro ( mtld pahale reduce noise kro usse save kro fir Jo reduce noise kr ke save kiye ho usse fir reduce noise kr ke save kro) aishe hi 2-3 baar kro

6- Aur Effect daal na hai to daal ke save kro

(utna nhi hoga photoshop express batter hai)

1- Select photo and go to effect

2- Select Artistic

3- Choose cartoonizer & Do this settings

Mask 1 -- 0 

Mask 2--- 0

Magic 1- 120

Magic 2- don't take changes

Magic 3- 6-12

Apply & Save

Download App

Effects>artistic>cartonizer

Do this setting

Final result
